Both spacious apartments PETRA 1 + 2 are bright and offer views to the beach and the sea and also – from the small balcony - to the green park just opposite. Both apartments can make use of the huge roof-terrace, from where you can enjoy precious views of the ocean.
In the ground-floor you have the apt. PETRA-1 with two bedrooms for 4 persons. It has a complete bathroom with tub, a living-room with TV, a spacious kitchen with cooker and washing-machine.
To enter the apartments you can pass the really beautiful Spanish Patio in the famous little patio-stree Ancla. Or you get in via the stairs, which lead straight to the beach.
The other apt. PETRA-2 is situated in the first floor. Its very similar to the apartment below, but as it is a bit higher, the views are even better. Besides this advantage, it got three bedrooms, therefore enough space for 6 persons.

Usual take-over-time is after 16.00h, departure should be until 11.00h.
Earlier arrival or later departure can be discussed with the owner or arranged by us.
Payment: 30% in advance per bank-transfer when booking, 70% in cash on arrival against receiving the keys.
