It has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, one with a double bed of 140 cm and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Living room with 2 sofas, open fire, SAT-TV, video player and dining table with 6 chairs. Well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave,ceran cooking and good quality cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower and a tub. The villa is set in rural and calm environment next to the pine forest of Roche with some other nice villas in the proximities. The next sandy coves, called "Cala de Aceite" and "Cala Puntalejos" are abt. 2 Km away. On a walk through the forest or along the cliffs you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of Roche Viejo.
The large, well tended garden is completely fenced. Palm trees and blossoming shrubs complete the lovely andalusian garden landscape. The pool measures 9x5m and has a shallow end at the Roman steps.
