The house is very sunny, has all appliances and modern facilities, 3 bedrooms, Balcony garden area and swimming pool. Excellent and very safe neighbourhood.
The town is very well situated: Seaside (Costa Brava=most beautiful beaches) is 30 min drive. Close to Pyrenees mountains (great walking and nature experience). France is 1 hour drive, so is Barcelona (a lot to do: museums, theatres, Gaudi, Picasso…).
Anna & Lluis (on our forties) are both teachers. Pau (23) and Ferran 20) may travel with us. Well behaved. We are experienced swappers and extremely careful with other people´s houses. No pets, no smokers.Car exchange is possible.
