This lovely apartment is private and situated on the ground floor of a small complex in Algorfa, a quaint Spanish town nestling in the mountains and surrounded by orange and lemon groves. It has 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes and can comfortably accommodate upto 6 people. The tiled bathroom has a shower, bidet and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, cooker, toaster and fridge/freezer. The comfortable lounge has a tv and leads onto a large patio area for private sunbathing. There is a large shared adult/child swimming pool on the complex. Algorfa has supermarkets, a tobacconists, Post Office, Banks and a good range of various other shops, English and Spanish tapas bars and restaurants. There are many beautiful white sandy beaches with clear waters within easy reach. The nearest Golf Course is in La Finca and is an 18 hole course and is just 5 minutes drive away (a handicap certificate is needed). With its new beautiful promenade and nightly markets Torrevieja is just 10 minutes away by car and so are a vast amount of large shopping complexes. There are also many small villages nearby which have various types of restaurants and individual qualities to suit all tastes. There are markets in different towns on each day for the shopaholics! An aqua park is not far away for the more adventurous.
Language of communication: Spanish is the main language however English is widely spoken!
