There is a tiny beach of a few metres in front of Mimosa and another slightly larger beach on park 100 metres from the house. Dotted around Kotor bay are numerous jetties which are used as platforms for entering the water. Boats trips and watersports can be accessed from Kotor waterfront.
This tiny and unique place is considered the pearl of the Adriatic.
