spectacular ocean views from first and second floor living areas.The
apartments are part of a divided house and not part of any large condo
complex and have only been listed since July 2007.
The apartments are comfortably equipped with air-conditioning in most
rooms and ceiling fans. Lots of windows providing outstanding views of
the oceanassure excellent airflow through the house.
The one bedroom beachfront second floor apartment includes a
separate bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the
ocean. Take advantage of the tropical breezes. Sway in a Mexican

Our airy and comfortable ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, two
bathrooms. The living room offers a double futon for
additional sleeping space, full kitchen and dining room opening onto

The apartments can be rented separately or together for family and
friend's reunions. You can add an extra bedroom by using the Tower
bedroom (Toucan 4) or the self contained Pool casita.
We can arrange your airport transfers a
weekly maid service and pool cleaning.
The pool has been completely renovated into a stunning infinity pool
