Christmas/New Years Holidays
December 16, 2007 - January 6, 2008 requires a minimum of 7 days stay and may include either Christmas or New Years. Should you wish to stay over Christmas and New Years, you must stay at least 2 weeks. Should you wish to stay over Christmas only, your stay must end by December 29, 2007. Should you wish to stay over New Years, only your stay must begin no earlier than December 29, 2007. The cost is $2,950.00 per 7 day period. Maximum 6 guests.
Easter
April 1, 2007 through April 15, 2007. The cost is $2,650.00 per 7 day period, up to 6 guests.

IMPORTANT RATE POLICIES:
Rates are in US Dollars.
All stays, require a minimum one week stay. During the summer, additional discounts can be arranged for longer stays. All reservations require a 50% deposit and full payment one month prior to arrival.
We require a $250 refundable damage deposit.
IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to rent it to other guests. If we do, we will refund your deposit. The following penalties are in the event we are unable to rent the suites to other guests.
25% cancellation penalty on cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival.
50% cancellation penalty on cancellations received 14 to 29 days prior to arrival.
No refunds for cancellations within 13 days of expected arrival.
