Rates are $140 US per night (between Nov. 20 to February 15, and again during the 2 weeks of Easter), plus a (returnable) Security Deposit of $150. Two bedrooms condo, one has 2 queen size beds, the other has 1 queen size bed, there are bed linens, towels, beach towels, the kitchen has a fridge, 4 burners stove, there is china and silverwear, pots and pans. It is 2 very small blocks from the beach, Chahue Bay beach which is 2 miles long (there are very few people in Huatulco) no more than 20 people will be at Chahue Bay beach.
Condo is given to renters clean and clean towels and linens.
Daily cleaning can be arranged for about $15 per day, cooking can also be arranged adding another $15 per cooking
