The house belongs to a children's farm and is quite old.
Although absolutely safe, part of it is currently undergoing
restoration and refurbishing; this and the dirt road which
leads to the property are the two main reasons why it is so
cheap.
However, it is literally surrounded by wilderness.
The property is encircled by woods and farmland where
cows, donkeys and horses are free to roam (nothing to worry
about: the house and yard are enclosed by a fence). There's
plenty of outdoor space, wild plums to pluck, a small lake
and deep, soothing silence, interrupted only by the sounds of
nature.
All this is less than 15 min. away from Sassuolo, the Italian
tile capital, and 30 min. away from Modena, which is centrally
located in the region and is well-linked to all others major
cities. If you rent a car, this property is the ideal starting
point to visit Emilia Romagna and the neighbouring regions; it
is also very close to local attractions, restaurants and shops.
Besides, Modena itself offers many tourist attractions:
there would be no need for you to travel if you didn't
want to.
In the house there are two bedrooms which can accommodate up
to 8 people (even though 6 people would be more comfortable),
one bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a big dining room with
a lovely view of the surrounding green fields. The hall is
fitted with couches, a Cd player and a working fireplace,
while the kitchen is only missing a microwave.
The house is available for weekends and on a weekly and
monthly basis.
Prices include all utilities and the wood for the fireplace.
Pets are welcome.

About Vacation Rentals Owners/Managers:
My name is Linda and the house belongs to a couple of friends who love to have nice people around. I'm the one who speaks English, so I'm the one to communicate with the world! Most of the work around the house was done by my grandpa... it' s a lovely place, and we'd be happy to welcome people from abroad.
