This detached centrally heated cottage is located in the pretty hamlet of St Jacques near the village of Trememven, Cotes d’armor, Brittany. Within 15 minutes of the spectacular sandy beaches of les Godelins and Plougha. The beautiful Mediaeval town of Pontrieux is within easy reach as are the stunning Harbour towns of Paimpol,Binic and St-Quay-Portrieux. The area offers a wealth of exciting days out such as Mediaeval Abbeys. Churches, Chateaus, and water parks to name a few. Not to forget superb restaurants and coastal walks.
The cottage itself is set in a peaceful area of natural beauty with a river nearby and is the perfect location to unwind and relax if this is your preference.
The cottage sleeps 6 plus cot and comprises of:

A large fitted kitchen/ dining area, fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher, oven/hob and microwave oven (high chair is also available).
Fully equipped utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra refridgerator if you should need one.
Bathroom with hip bath, shower over and bidet, large mirror and storage for toiletries.

Lounge area. Granite fireplace, three piece suite, coffee tables, cabinet containing jigsaws and games. Wall unit and 28” T.V (the T.V is for video playback only) There is a large selection of videos to suite all tastes, but please feel free to bring your own.

We provide all cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, pillows and duvets. Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

Approximate travel times from ferry ports are: St malo 1 hour, Roscoff 1 ˝ hours, Caen 2 ˝ hours.
Prices are based on one weeks rental Saturday to Saturday
Property available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure
