an old farm nicely renovated by musicians since 1999 and now a large and friendly host house in a charming country side part of France - if you have never been to Vendee yet, I bet you will be fond of this place : quiet, sunny, with canals and some swamps with wildlife (birds, fishes,...), not too far from the seashore (30 to 35km) by tiny and lovely roads (it takes 30-40 min by car - a little bit more by bike, but a really great journey !!!) - As you may see on the pictures (and on the ones I will send you by separate mails), there is a main building (former farm - 390 sq meters, with a 100sq meters main room with open-kitchen, 2 fireplaces; a 30sq bedroom ; on 1st floor : 130 sq meters with a 50sq bedroom mostly dedicated to kids, and 2 bedrooms for adults, a bathroom, separate restroom and a shower/basin room; in a former stable of 130 sq, a playing room for kids or dancing area where the musician and his band used to play) and another small house only 10 meters away, representing 60sq meters with 3 main rooms and separate restroom and shower/basin. The piece of land is 5100sq meters, all closed, with trees (shadow in summer); a parking lot for 5-6 cars.
