San Joaquin, Costa Rica, in between the cities of Heredia and Alajuela and near the airport of San Jose. Located in what was Coffee Plantations. 3.5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, 6 years old, new appliances.
This would be a 1 bedroom with bathroom, and shared facilities for the traveller not wanting a beach vacation in Costa Rica. We are about 1 hour from the ocean on the Pacific Side and about 25-35 minutes by car from San Jose. Groceries stores and Wal-Mart are within a short driving distance.
Gated community in the San Joaquin de Flores area. Pics to come. Small walled back yard, should be fully planted by the end of November. Available only during the time we are there and that is November 1-end of April 2012. Some time spots gone as we have family visiting.
Retired, mid to late 50s GMC, so gay owned and gay positive.
