The villa and the swimming pool were built on an elevated part of an ocean front tropical garden(about 30 m) This is a quiet and relaxing place between sea and tropical forest.There is a wide living room at the ground floor with a kitchen corner and possible sleeping corner and two wide sleeping room, at the upper floor, each one with a shower room.All rooms have large openings so that the breeze of the sea can cross and refresh the house and access to large terrace with dramatic sea view. Adsl is in the house.
The 2 upper rooms can be rent separately with sharing of the ground floor kitchen.
Two cats and 3 nice dogs are living there as well as some less visible animals like ignuanes,sloths,ground turtles , squirrels frogs and numerous species of birds.
