Executive 3 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of VancouverThis executive 3 bedroom apartment is in a new, high security building, in a beautiful peaceful setting. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed making the accommodation suitable for 6 guests. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room and a sun room (enclosed balcony). The building offers an exercise room, sauna, meeting room, billiard table, and a hot tub. Free local telephone calls and high speed wireless internet connection are provided. The building is centrally located in the heart of Vancouver, just steps away from Vancouver's best Yaletown restaurants, night clubs, shopping, banking, etc. Less then 200m away from Canada Line's underground station Yaletown-Roundhouse, with a direct connection to the Vancouver International Airport, Close to all major attractions, SkyTrain, and busses.

Great Deal
We spent one week here in the summer of 2009. Although the apartment is advertised for up to 6 people, the owner had agreed for the 7 of us. In the master bedroom we had a small sofa-bed in addition to a double bed. That made it possible for us to accommodate the 7th person.
This is one of the best locations for staying in Vancouver. You can get on foot to just about anywhere. But the most appealing for us was the rental fee. When calculating the cost per night per one person the price was DIRT CHEAP when compared with the hotel rates in that area.

Quick and Easy
The apartment owner accepted our last minute reservation on Dec. 24. We drove from Seattle the same afternoon and arrived at the apartment after a little over 3 hours. The apartment has three bedrooms but we only needed two beds as we arrived with our only daughter who is 16. Everything went smoothly and we came back after a week of fabulous skiing in Vancouver and Whistler. We received our damage deposit the next day. I can recommend this rental property to anyone interested in visiting Vancouver, especially that the apartment is perfectly located on the edge of Yaletown, with great choices of restaurants and boutique shops and with a walking distance to most places of interest. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Only the weather was not that great...
