Buzios is just 2 hours from Rio de Janeiro. It enjoys an all year round sunny climate. It is a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches with a clear turquoise sea. The town of Buzios retains it's fishing village charm but boasts sophisticated shops and restaurants. The house is in a quiet condominium just 150 metres from Geriba beach which is one of the most fashionable beaches in Buzios.
On the ground floor there is a very large living room with dining area. There is a TV in the living room. There is an American style kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and all necessities. There are two bedrooms, both with double bed and wardrobes.
There is a separate 'indoor garden' sitting area. The living room, dining room and downstairs bedroom have overhead fans. There is also a separate outdoor shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, each with double bed and wardrobe. All five bedrooms are complete with en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a private veranda and TV.
Outside there is a large garage with parking for 2 cars. There is also a covered private barbecue area.
At the front of the house is a patio area where you can sit and relax. At the rear of the house is the communal condominium area where you will find a swimming pool and a childrens pool as well as a recreation area. There are areas to sit and relax with plenty of seating provided.
The condominium is totally enclosed and secure.
