This is Unit 53 at Bayview Bay Apartments at Runaway Bay on Queensland's Gold Coast.
It is permanently setup for visitors and is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with great views over the water.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, its own balcony and a generously sized ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, is adjacent to the main bathroom and also has great water views. A fifth person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has all amenities.
All crockery, cutlery, and freshly laundered linen is included. Everything will be setup and ready for your arrival. You just walk in with your bags and start enjoying the life on the Gold Coast.
Unit 53 is regarded as the best of the units in the Bayview Bay complex, as it’s end position and height (north end, top floor) affords water views from every aspect. There is secure underground parking for two cars. A security tag system, throughout the complex, ensures security for you and your family, as well as your vehicles and personal belongings. Set amongst two acres of well cared for sub-tropical gardens and lawns, Unit 53 Bayview Bay is a wonderful location for your next holiday.
As one of our adult sons lives on the Gold Coast with his family, you will always have someone to contact for assistance with any unforseen circumstances.

Normal off-peak weekly rental is $665, but I am happy to negotiate much lower rates for periods longer than a week. i.e. 3 weeks at $550 per week - 3 months at $450 per week. (These special discounted rates are not available during December and January.)
The apartment is two minutes walk from a quiet park and still-water sandy beach. Surfing beaches are 15 minutes away by car.
Breath in the salt-sea air as you stride 2.4 km along the waterfront to Charis Seafood (the Gold Coast's best seafood outlet). One km the other way along Bayview Street and you will be at the Runaway Bay Shopping Village, with two large supermarkets and many food, clothing and specialty shops.
Dreamworld and Seaworld theme parks are each around 10 km and Warner Brothers Movieworld is only 14 km away.
Seasons in Australia are reversed to the Northern Hemisphere - i.e. Winter is June to August with spring in September to November, Summer is December to February. Australia has a temperate climate, with over 340 sunny days per year.
The Gold Coast is on Queensland’s southern border where Queensland meets the state of 'New South Wales'. The climate is sub-tropical - summers are warm, winters are mild and autumn & spring offer the very best of climates.
In mid-winter, when only the very bravest swim in the sea, our apartments’ swimming pool (and spa) is temperature controlled. So you can swim throughout the year. The apartment complex has an on-site manager to assist you with advice on things like day trips and theme parks.
The Gold Coast is Australia’s premium holiday location. It is large enough to have all the facilities and features of a large resort city, including huge shopping complexes, theatres, nightclubs, fine dining, art galleries, several world-class golf courses and driving ranges, sporting complexes, an international airport and many live music entertainment venues.
But if you are looking for a quieter and more relaxed holiday, the Gold Coast has that too. It has some of the world’s best surfing beaches. If you enjoy fishing you can join a day trip to go deep-sea fishing and there are also plenty of quiet still-water fishing locations.
Behind the Gold Coast's celebrated beaches, city skyline and meandering canals, just 35 minutes away is an impressive frame of rolling hills and hinterland mountains capped with jungle rainforests, complete with many hiking tracks.
The apartment is 25 minutes drive from the Gold Coast International Airport and 60 minutes from the capital city of Brisbane and it's international airport. You can get there by car or train.
World famous 'Byron Bay' is only a 60 minute drive away and the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef is less than two hours north by plane. A one hour flight south takes you to Sydney.
