We are looking to sublet out our 2 bedroom full bath. We are also open to doing an exchange for your 2 bedroom full bath the months of July to November. December we want to be in Seattle. Our place for yours in: Brussles, Paris, San Paolo, anywhere in Iceland, Austin TX, New York/Brooklyn, Honolulu.
About the Apt and Location:
We live in Venice, the best part of LA! Our apt is walking distance from the Ocean, Skatepark, Surfing points, Whole Foods, Independent Coffee shops, Abbot Kinney and Main St. If you have a child, we are also close to six playgrounds.
We choose this apt because it gets amazing light, is surrounded by green, and because you can walk to the Ocean.
We are on the 2nd floor of a 4plex and everyone in the apt is roughly the same age (mid 30s).
There is a small front shared grassed yard and a large concrete space in the back. Street parking is easy and safe.
Bikes, BBQ and a Computer come with the apt. Surfboards (short and longboards) available with an additional deposit.
There's a large flat screen and we use Roku to view videos etc.
Coin-op Laundry On-site.
NoAC, but you never want it in Venice. The Ocean makes the air much cooler and cleaner than any other part of LA.
