Private bedroom, shared bath in lovely late-19th century house on Staten Island. Multi-cultural neighborhood, a short distance away from Manhattan with all its attractions.

Walk to ferry in 20 minutes or take bus very close to house. Ferry to Manhattan takes 25 minutes with free transfer from bus to subway.

Kitchen privileges, laundry service, cable TV and wireless internet, if you have a laptop. Some local sight-seeing included.
