Our home is a brick ranch with a master bedroom and bath, den (bedroom) and bath, living and dining room combination, kitchen, three season porch and deck. The house is close to shopping, Living History Farms, the interstate system. You don't have to contend with a lot of traffic. You can easily drive to the state capitol in 20 minutes. The greater Des Moines area is surrounded by farm country. Drake University and Des Moines University are in Des Moines. Iowa State University is 30 mi. north.
We would like to exchange cars. We have a Honda CRV which seats 5.
