We have a luxury townhouse in New York City suburbs, only 1 hour via train to Manhattan. Our place is fully renovated, new kitchen and baths. Two bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms, plus laundry room with washer & dryer. Both bedrooms have tv. There is a small office with hi-speed computer and printer.
Downstairs there is a dining area off kitchen with seating for four, a den with HDTV and stereo plus sofa with queen size bed, full kitchen with new appliances and an under counter tv, living room with fireplace and sofa with queen size bed, dining room that seats 8, double sliding doors leading to deck, grill, and garden. Also a half bath off kitchen.
We are in a very quiet village along a small river, lots of trees. 5 minute walk to town, restaurants, stores, groceries, wine shops, library, etc. Only 10 minutes walk further gets to Metro North train station, only 1 hour trip to Manhattan.
