We love our house. It is less than 10 years old and very clean and tidy. 3 bed, 2 bath, nice master suite, washer and dryer, mini van available for trade if it is a simultaneous swap, garage, dishwasher, big screen TV with cable and DVD player, access to neighborhood pools and jacuzzi (indoor and outdoor), paved trails within walking distance. Located at the mouth of beautiful Snow Canyon, and 40 minutes from Zion's Canyon. TONS of outdoor stuff to do. Climbing, fishing, hiking, canyoneering, etc. We are open to different destinations, though we don't get to do a whole lot of traveling at this stage of our lives. We would need advance notice for planning. We love our house and we know you will too!
