Our home is in a lovely, quiet complex. We are a 5 min drive to the
beach (La jolla beach), and less than a 5 min walk to 3 grocery
stores, CVS, restaurants, and other shopping. Our home is on 2 levels
with the living room, kitchen, dining area and patio on the main
floor. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower level. We also
have a wood burning fireplace.

The complex also has a heated outdoor
pool, hot tub, pool table, 2 tennis courts, and visitor parking
