We have a large Victorian in a convenient location in the Twin Cities (Saint Paul). It is a 3 story 7 bedroom house. We generally have 3-4 renters but always have room available for guests. We can let you use 2 rooms for sure that we, the owners, occupy. You are free to use other areas of the house of course (excluding renters' bedrooms). We have kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, deck, living room, dining room, extra room for reading etc. We also have a dog and cat. Cat would stay in house (but can ask renters to feed him). Depending on the exchange location dog might stay too, but we would love to take him with us wherever we go.
Language of communication: English, Hungarian, some German
We would consider anything. Time preferred: between Xmas and New Year's Eve.
Additional information:
We would prefer no children but older children are fine. Pets are OK but need to get along with our cat and dog. Our cat is pretty dog friendly. we can host a couple of people even if we are home, but we prefer a simultaneous exchange.
