Language of communication: English is best. I also speak a tiny bit of German and Romanian but not well.
Responsible mature adult guest(s) preferred. Apartment is not large enough for a couple with a child/children. Building association does not allow any pets. Garage arrangement (attached to building) is possible with advance notice.
