Very quiet but close to rec center, outdoor track, shopping 2 miles away, skiing 15 minutes away, lake (boating, etc.) 10 minutes away. Rocky mountains in backyard, hiking, etc. Brigham Young university 10 minutes away. Park City 30 minutes away. Water parks 10 minutes away. This is a nice, clean home. Nothing fancy but close to everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer
