20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip! Quiet culdesac, nice, new part of town. Car included in the swap, as is the care of our cat, Jacob. He's a five year old tabby. Kids very welcome, we have two small ones! There are parks in easy walking distance, grocery stores, 2 miles drive, casinos 5 - 20 minutes away. Lovely view of the strip from our end of town. Medium sized, rocked backyard, some kids play equipment and a fire pit and BBQ. Safe, alarmed home.
