I have to travel worldwide. Let me know when you would like to occupy my place 1-2 months in advance and I will try to accommodate to your schedule. Home exchange for similar quality and space or monthly furnished rental at $3500/month with prepayment and deposit in escrow account to cover for damage/loss. Agent will make all such arrangements and do paperwork.
