This condo located in the tower in the secure Myrtle Beach Resort, offers a multitude of amenities for the couple or family alike. There is something for everyone. The panoramic ocean view from our balcony is breathtaking, especially the daily sunrise. A master bedroom with a master bath and a second bedroom with twin beds are separated by the living room, dining area and kitchen. A new (2010) queen sleeper sofa accommodates the
fifth and sixth guests. Both bedrooms and the living room have cable TV with a DVD player in the living room and master. A microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrig. allows you to enjoy your meals in the of the unit.
Because this is a family resort no one under the age of 23 may request accommodations. This protects our property and interests; as well as the comfort and safety of our renters. updating our unit to meet the needs of our guests.
Six swimming pools (two indoors), four jacuzzis, three saunas, exercise room, basketball, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Arcade games and a playground are conveniently located for children. The Lazy River is a treat for kids of all ages.
A healthy breakfast, snacks and cool drinks are available at the deli, an outdoor pool bar, indoor snack bar and outside patio bars. A convenient store and gift shop are also located on the premises. All buildings and pools are handicapped accessible and available to all tenants.
We are planning a Disney/Universal vacation in Dec. 2011 for 4
adults. e ahve owned our ocean view condo in Myrtle Beach since 1997 and would like to swap a week for a week.
