Great colonial home in quiet tree lined residential neighborhood with walking trails and bike paths to popular lake. Acess to three community pools and use of four kayaks on lake. 20 minutes from historic downtown Richmond. 2 hours from Washington DC and 1 hour from Blue Ridge mountains in Charlottesville. 1 hour drive east to historic Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Very nice home in great neighborhood. Barbecue grill on deck, screened in porch.
