My home is in a terrific central location close to major cities and sights on the East Coast. New York City, Boston, and Newport, Rhode Island are easy day trips from here, with both New York City and Boston being approximately two hours away and Newport being approximately 1.5 hours away. The islands of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Block Island are only a few hours away and also close enough for day trips. Yale University in the town of New Haven is just 25 minutes south and Hartford is 25 minutes north. The state of Connecticut is beautiful and peaceful and very worth exploring.
My home is cozy and comfortable, with large windows bringing in lots of sunshine in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is perfect for one or two people, as it has one bedroom and one bathroom, along with a large living room, large kitchen and an office. I have a one-car garage with an automatic transmission car you may use.
