A simple, utlitarian 2 BR apartment with tons of space in suburban Virginia. 35 minutes from D.C. and the Appalachian Mountains, 10 minutes from one of the largest outlet malls in the country, 15 minutes from a Metro stop for easy access to the city. I would love to do a car exchange, too. One bedroom is a young girl's bedroom, so children are very welcome! We are both very allergic to cats, but love dogs, so they are welcome in our home.
