Beautiful spacious 5,000 sq ft home in a stunning guard gated golf course community just 10 minutes from the famed Las Vegas strip. We are willing to include our 2001 escalade that is in perfect running condition for your use during your stay. House sleeps up to 12 people, with 4 and a half baths, very clean, kid friendly, nice large yard for playing, small BBQ coal grill, granite counter tops, hard wood floors, clean fresh linens, washer/dryer. We can also include nightclub passes and possibly show tickets as well!

Our ideal exchange would be any island in Hawaii, Orlando, FL and surrounding beach towns, San Diego, CA or surrounding beach towns, and northern Michigan, however we are open to traveling over seas or potentially to other areas in the US. We are a family of five. Three children ages 3, 5, and 6. We also have two small, hypoallergenic dogs that we will remove from the house, but may want to travel with, although that is not necessary! We are clean, respectful, non smokers and will treat your property with the care it deserves, just as we hope you will do with ours.
