We are open to non-simultaneous exchanges. Our timeshare is located at the end of Southwind Drive in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. The unit is an end unit filled with windows overlooking a private lagoon. Two full masters bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite, and one twin bedded room with en-suite. A pullout sofa is also available in the living room area. There is a full kitchen. Two bikes come with the unit, and the bike/walking path is just outside your door. You are just a short walk or quick bike ride away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Parking is available at the beach if you wish to drive to the beach instead. All towels and sheets are provided. Beach lockers can be rented at the beach club for all your beach toys, chairs, etc. A wonderful swimming pool and hot tub are located across the parking lot, as well as a sauna. Free wireless high speed Internet is provided in the unit.
