All wood and marble floors, granite kitchen and bathroom, dish tv, high speed internet, 4 miles to Las Vegas Strip, local phone service, master bedroom has adjustable beds which vibrate, electric golf cart, we have a community center with exercise room, swimming pool, tennis courts, bacce courts, restaurant in community center, also within the community is a walking trail up a mountain with a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip
I am a retired school principal from Chicago. My wife is a retired former owner of three resturants. We live on a golf course and enjoy, golfing,hiking,(beautiful Red Rock canyon is 10 miles away) Lake Meade and Hoover Dam is 12 miles away
