Our home built in 1950's recently remodled in 2007 provides an excellent
& relaxing home base to visit So Cal. A quiet neighborhood within
walking distance of Back Bay nature trail & bike path. 10 minute
drive to: Newport Beach or Amazing shopping at South Coast Plaza, Fashion
Island, for you bargain hunters, TJ Maxx, Marshall's & Nordstrom
Rack.

Our 'great room' offers the perfect couch for napping & also pulls
out to a full sized sleeper sofa.

The office can be utilized for a bedroom with either twin(s) or a queen
sized air mattress(es).

Enjoy the summer nights on our patio BBQ'ing seating for 6 adults &
a smaller table for 4 children.

Bikes, scooters & outdoor sports equipment.
