Mountain cabin get-away located at a desirable location. Centrally located and approx 5 mins near the lake, stores, restaurant and hiking trails. The small cabin has simple & modern decor. It is two-stories with the kitchen, living room & bathroom on the first level. Upstairs are the bedrooms. Both include queen size beds. The cabin comfortably fits up to 4 people only. We are about three hours from San Diego, two hours from Los Angeles, and about three hours from Las Vegas, Nevada. Relax and enjoy what nature has to offer in Big Bear City.

This property is under contract with our property management. You will need to check in/out with them (their office is a walking distance from the cabin). Opening/ closing / cleaning Fee may apply. This is a must to ensure all things are in order & turned on/off, such as water, electricity, etc. Also to ensure all beds are made with clean sheets & towels provided. During winter they will winterize the cabin after each guest departure. Must check in with ID. Avoid additional fee by leaving the cabin the way you find it ( clean, tidy and undamaged). Thank you.

We are a small family of three. We are always mindful & respectful towards other peoples property. We always leave our stay clean and tidy and we hope to exchange homes with like-minded people. Please no pets allowed. We are highly allergic & get allergic reactions to pets & smoking residues. We can tell if anyone has violated the no pet and no smoking rules so please do not smoke on the premise and/or sneak in your pet into our cabin. You will be charged a hefty cleaning fee. Please kindly respect these rules.
