Our charming, colorful house with a yard is on a quiet street in Berkeley. In summer our apple tree produces lots of apples. Our house is within walking distance of downtown Berkeley, and public transportation which will easily take you into San Francisco (20 minutes) or around the Bay Area.
Carol, 59, is a retired registered nurse and practicing artist. Art, 53, is a retired benefits counselor from the University of California. We both love to hike, wildlife viewing, and hanging out with our 3 cats.
