Welcome to our charming pieta terre directly on the ocean in the friendly town of Belmont Shore, California. Our one bedroom sanctuary is on the same level as the birds fly. We are 180 feet above the sand and the front of our unit is all windows. From our floor to ceiling windows your can see the harbor, break waters, open ocean, port and Catalina Island. The view uninterrupted and the reason we have the unit.
This is my first experience with condo living and the thick walls make the unit sound proof. You don’t know you have neighbors. We are creative thinkers and have turned the front room into a bedroom-lounge so that from the couch, lounge chair and bed you look out on the ocean and hear the waves. We will be adding pictures of the back bedroom which we have made into a TV room. I love the sound of the waves and absolutely nothing else. You can walk the beach, bike or skate the miles of shoe line. Or walk the open and friendly streets of Belmont Shore, grab an ice cream cone as you peruse the shops and restaurants. One can walk or sit in a cafe until late into the evening with impunity. Or you can never leave our romantic hide-away. We hold hands and watch the sunset…perhaps you will as well.
