My 3 year old terraced house is on a small estate on the edge of Weymouth. It is surrounded by fields where you can walk for miles. You can park in the street outside the house or there is an allocated parking bay behind the house. It has a rear garden with a patio and shrubs. There is a bathroom with toilet upstairs and extra toilet down. It is gas centrally heated with an extra gas fire in the lounge.It has a small compact kitchen with gas hob and double electric oven.I am a mile and half from the beach and town centre or less than 10 minute drive. Im a hundred yards from the bus stop where a bus comes every 10 mins to the town centre or beach. Weymouth beach is a beautiful natural sweeping bay stretching out to the hills beyond. You can walk for miles along the coastal path which is part of the Jurassic coast. The beach is one of the safest in the country to swim. There are plenty of opportunities for water sports. We have two natural bird reservations, a sealife centre, an observaion tower and a theatre. Weymouth is on the main line to London which takes approximately 2hrs 30mins and we have recently had a new relief road which joins up with all main routes to the east and west. We have a comprehensive shopping centre but if you want something bigger Poole and Bournemouth is a 45min drive away or similar train journey. I have lived in the town for 22 years and find it very friendly and laid back. As I have never home swapped before and just found this site I dont have any photos immediately available but will shortly add some.

I would consider pets. I am a particular homeowner who would treat anyones home and furniture like my own. As I have never home swapped before and have just found this site I dont have any photos immediately available but will shortly add some.

About Home Exchange Owners:

I am a recently retired lady with greyhound, 10 years old which I wish to bring with me. I would be travelling with a friend initially who would stay for some of the exchange period. I am very active and capable and used to being on my own. I've had a long association with Spain and can speak a little spanish which I know would improve rapidly if I was able to spend some time there.
