Philpstoun is a small village on the edge of the Union Canal, walkable to Linlithgow (40 minutes) or by bike (25 minutes) Linlithgow is a wonderful town with many historic features including the Palace of Mary Queen of Scots. Lots of shops supermarkets and cafes and pubs
