We have 3 en-suite rooms used for B&B as well as three family bedrooms so a non simultaneous exchange is possible. For a simultaneous exchange you could use the 3 en-suite guest bedrooms as well as the whole of the lower floor with kitchen, utility, living room, dining room and conservatory. Car swap could also be arranged.
