Exchange Zones

We live just 2km outside the city of Bristol in the picturesque village Long Ashton, very near a stunning golf course.
The house is located on the top of a hill and is enjoying fantastic views across the village and the valley. There is a very large garden that backs onto a lovely woodland that's brimming with wildlife ( badgers, deer...). There is an elevated, south facing decking area attached to the living room and kitchen.
The house itself has three bedrooms (one small, two medium sized), a large living room with whitewashed wooden floors and a open fireplace. kitchen with sitting area (and beautiful views!). All bedrooms have beds in them, there are two double beds and one room with a child's bed and a cot.
There's highspeed wireless DSL, TV, Phone and we would consider to swap our car as well.
London is a one and a half hour journey away from Bristol and there are plenty of reasonably priced coaches going all the time.
