We have a small hotel in the calm and safe country Tanzania in eastern Africa, in a village in the south of the country called Mtwara. This ad is for normal home-exchange, not renting. The hotel consists of hotel rooms of different sizes and shapes, and self catering bungalows, all newly renovated and located in prime position directly at the great private beach. We have a great restaurant that serves i.e. fresh seafood and fish every day, but also a lot of other things, and it's situated on a veranda directly overlooking the sea (great sunsets in the evenings!). This area is not turistic at all, so a great opportunity to discover the real Africa and have a fun and relaxing holiday in the sun. We have lots of books, dvds and music available to all. Minigolf is soon to be ready. Scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips and other activities can be arranged every day. Perfect weather: sunny and warm in the day, a fresh breeze in the evenings. We also have a very large beach on an island about 10 min boat trip away, where one can go for bathing and swimming in perfect privacy. I have more photos.
