3 floors house (chalet) between mountains, lakes and forrests, near of everything
its a lovley wooden house, with a big garden with all kinds of plants. a lot of space, quiet, clean, near to everything (shopping, post, bank..), near a lot of touristic attractions, city of lucerne (10 min by car) skiing/snowboarding/sliding/snow-kiteing, swimming, walking, hiking, kitesurfing, tennis, squash, fitness-center, climbing (indoor, outdoor), outdoor pool, indoor pool, caves, forrests adventure, museums, culture.... you can have summer-, and winterholidays here and find something for each taste. beside lucerne, also 3 of the biggest cities (Zürich, Bern, Basel) are between only 40 min. and 1.5 hours away. our car you can use in return for yours. we are clean and respectful people and expect this also from others:-). on the webpage that follows you can read a little report about our place from someone we swapped our house last year. http://www.myhomesforexchange.com/. click on "ma swaps", "previous swaps", "switzerland july 2010".

In all of the 3 bedrooms is a double bed. one with 1.8 m x 2m, two with 1.4m x 2m.
