Exchange Zones

We are a couple and we are about 30 years old. Our house is located in the Residencial area called "Gallipont" which belongs to the municipality of Pobla de Vallbona. The village nearest is "La Eliana", it's 2 km away.

We live in a three-storey semi detached house. In the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, indoor terrace and bathroom. In the second floor there are three main bedrooms, and two bathrooms. In the third floor there is a large studio and a outdoor terrace.

THE SURROUNDINGS:

La Eliana has 16.000 inhabitants and is located 20 Km NorthWest from Valencia. You can find a shop/bar walking to 100 metres of distance from the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by trees and birds.

From our house you can go to the center of Valencia by car in 20 minutes. The train station is at 2km. There is a train every 15 minutes and it takes 20 min. to get to the center of Valencia. The train itself is part of the metro network, so you can reach many parts of Valencia and surroundings very easily with the train and the same ticket.

In Valencia you find all the normal attractions of any big city. Specially relevant are the large historical center, fine arts museums (classical and modern), ceramics museum, science museum (especially interesting for children), big aquarium, new opera house, etc.

There are plenty of beaches in the area that you can reach by car in 30 minutes or so. If you like diversity and don't mind to drive longer you can visit some of the most famous beaches in Spain: Denia and Javea are at 90 min, Benidorm can be reached in two hours.
