En el pueblo hay tiendas y una carne exelenta de proveedores. en el verano hay mercadillos donde la gente venden los productos de sus propios huertos. El lugar es muy sano, esta a 1300 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar. Alrededor el campo mixto bosque. esta a 30 km de Ávila y en tren se puede llegar en 15 minutos. Posible intercambio del coche.
