This ground floor "front-line golf" apartment is on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, in Murcia, Spain. It sleeps up to 6 people, and comprises: 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom, spacious dining/living area, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace and patio. There is a communal pool close by. The apartment overlooks an 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus designed, golf course. The living area area has seating for up to 4 people, there is a 32” Plasma screen TV, DVD player and a selection of films available. There is also a music system with USB connections for your use. The dining area has an elegant table with seating for 6 people. Step through the patio doors where you will find a large private terrace.

The terrace is fully furnished for alfresco dining and relaxing. There is comfortable seating and a BBQ for your use.
From your terrace you will be able to enjoy the sun all day and one of the best views of the golf course.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would reasonably expect to find at home. There is also a separate utility room housing the boiler and washing machine.

The south facing patio gets sunshine all day, until the stunning sunset. Very few apartments on the resort have this luxury!

The 'town centre' at Hacienda Riquelme is built around a 19th century hacienda and hosts a superb club house, supermarket, restaurant and bars.

The old Hacienda was once the stately home of the Riquelme family and forms the centre piece of the resort. This Resort is designed for the ultimate experience of freedom and nature with its perfectly incorporated plant life.

It features a community centre with coffee-shops, wine bars and restaurant,and a fitness centre.

The Costa Calida is the coastline of the province of Murcia, including the Mar Menor, a vast, near land locked salt water lagoon.

The warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor make this a paradise for those keen on water sports of all descriptions. It is known as a fantastic natural swimming pool with temperatures on average 5 degrees higher than the Mediterranean - sometimes as high as 27 or 30 degrees in summer. It is a buzz of activity with lots of bars and restaurants along the promenade. Bikes can be hired locally too.

Visit Lo Pagan where the famous mud baths are situated said to have healing properties for aches and pains.
