Good transport communications. It's a tourist area and a very popular destination for European tourists. Nice weather is almost ensured throughout the whole year, but especially in summer.

POOLS: There are 4 pools, one is in front of the house. It has a shaded informal seating area, furnished with unmbrellas and hamacs. There is also a restaurant next to the pool.
GARAGE / LAUNDRY: the Garage is at you disposal for private parking. There are laundry facilities including a coin operated washing machine.
FACILITIES: Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all close-by.
