The complex has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, nice communal areas, clean and well maintained.
The studio is clean and nice, with 10 m2 terrrace. A/C,dishwasher,washing machine, fridge, microwave...,satellite tv, double bed, single bed and bed sofa.
It is a beach property in a nice place, close to the beach. Very pleasant
Germany. Berlin-Cologne-Munich-Frankfurt. France. Paris-Bordeaux-Toulouse.
I would like to exchange either in France or Germany as I am interested in taking german or french courses for up to 3 months
