Our apartment is located in Spain, on the Valencian coast, in a small town called Daimuz, 2 km from Gandía, the capital of the region of “La Safor”, and 65 Km south of Valencia and 116 Km north of Alicante. Both cities (Valencia and Alicante) are close to airports with good conections to the most important airports of Europe. The apartment is a well equipped penthouse with over 50 m2 terrace, located in front of the sea and with a beautiful panorama. It has TV, hot water, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue and pool. Within the enclosure, there is private parking and access to community pool. Gandia/Daimuz is well known for its large and sandy beaches and is visited in summer by tourists mainly from Madrid. There is also a maritim avenue with some shops, restaurants and bars, tourist information and playing areas. Bicycles, boats, etc. can be rented.
We are a family of seven, two teenagers and three small kids of and 5 (twins. All of them are tidy, clean and well educated. We are both scientist working at the University
